About This Service

JAL’s "Same-Day Delivery Service" provides customers arriving at Haneda airport Terminal 3 with same-day delivery of checked baggage to your hotel. For customers who wish to check the baggage with us, please come to the ”JAL ABC Counter” located in the arrival lobby.

How to use 1. After arriving at Haneda Airport, please make a reservation and payment using the QR code on the poster in front of the "JAL ABC counter" located in the arrival lobby.
2. After completing the application, issue a baggage sticker from the issuing machine next to the poster, attach it to your suitcase, and then check it in at the "JAL ABC counter" located in the arrival lobby.

Important Information and Guidance

  • The maximum allowable size for checked baggage is a total of 160 cm or less for the sum of the three dimensions, and a weight of 20 kg or less per item. Please note that we are unable to accept golf bags or bicycles.
  • There are a limited number of reservations available, and the service may not be accessible depending on the time of application.
  • The delivery destination is restricted to hotels only. Deliveries to locations other than hotels are not eligible for this service.
  • Please be aware that due to weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed or may not be possible on the same day.
  • Personal information obtained during the use of this service will be handled in accordance with the "Handling of Personal Information by JAL Group Airlines."
  • When applying for the service, please ensure that you correctly enter your JMB membership number (7 or 9 digits) in the specified field. If the JMB membership number is incorrect, miles will not be accumulated.
  • Bonus miles are scheduled to be credited by the end of the month following the month in which the service was used (50 miles will be credited).
  • Please note that if the reservation name and JMB number do not match, miles will not be credited.
  • For the ground transportation segment (from the airport to the delivery destination), the terms and conditions of carriage of JAL ABC, Inc. will apply.
  • The business hours of the JAL Same-day Delivery Service Call Center are from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm JST (open year-round). If you have any inquiries, please contact from the link below.
  • Please note that staying at a hotel within the delivery area may not ensure a reservation for this service due to system reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If you have made a reservation to check in more than one piece of baggage and wish to change the number of pieces on the day of service, please cancel and rebook your reservation.
