You can pick up your order at various locations in Japan. We also ship to locations such as rental car and seaport counters.
For special/specific pickup locations, please contact them in advance to confirm if they can receive your package.

Airport

Sakura Mobile has pickup available at Narita, Haneda, Kansai and Fukuoka International Airport counters. Please check Airport counters hours.

Hotel

We ship to any hotels within Japan. You can receive and start using it when you check in.

Our Office

You may stop by our Shinjuku Office or pick up your order at our partner counters in Fussa (Yokota) / Iwakuni / Sasebo.

Residence

We deliver to residential addresses such as Friend's house. Residence name / room number is required.

Return

Returning devices

1. PACK

Place the rental device and all accessories in the provided prepaid return envelope - no postage required.

*For SIM cards, follow the return instructions on the termination form.
Returning the SIM card is required, and postage must be paid, but there’s no deadline or late fee for returning it.

2. DROP

Drop it into any Japan Post postbox.
Available at:

Major Japanese airports (see the next section for locations)
Many convenience stores (all Lawson convenience stores)

Airport Postbox locations

Every airport post office has a postbox, with some located in the departure lobbies.
Important:
There are no postboxes or post offices after the security check/passport checkpoints. Please return your package before proceeding to the security check.
