When does my usage period start and end?

For 5G eSIM the usage period starts once you arrive to Japan. You can install eSIM in advance from your country of departure.

For 4G eSIM the day you install our Travel eSIM (add it to your device) will be counted as the 1st day of the usage period.

Check eSIM compatibility

We realize that sometimes compatibility issues occur. If your eSIM is unexpectedly incompatible with your phone, we’ll upgrade you to a SIM card or a Pocket WiFi device immediately - no hassle.
