Pocket WiFi works with any WiFi equipped devices such as smartphones, tablets, PC, game consoles, and others.
SIM-locked devices will also work. This makes Pocket WiFi an easy alternative in the case your device does not accept foreign SIM cards.

SIM lock
Your device has to be unlocked (SIM-free) to use our SIM cards.
Phones from most European and Asian countries are normally unlocked; however phones from the United States may be locked by your carrier.
(You cannot use our SIMs if you have not paid off your phone yet.) If you're unsure, we suggest you consult with your carrier to confirm.

If your phone is Carrier Locked and you cannot unlock it, our Pocket WiFi devices will work even with locked devices.

Band 1 (2100MHz) : Main frequency band
Band 18 (800MHz) : Support frequency band (used in some rural / mountainous area)
- *If your phone ONLY supports Band 1, but not Band 18, and planning to spend most of the time in rural / mountainous area, we suggest renting a Pocket WiFi to cover your time there.
5G network
n77 (4.0GHz) / n78 (3.7GHz) : Main frequency band
n3 (1.7GHz) / n28 (700MHz) : Support Frequency band
- *5G network has around 90% population coverage rate, and the service coverage is still increasing in Urban areas. In rural areas with limited 5G network, it is covered and supported by 4G network.
4G Unlimited eSIM/SIM card (Docomo)

Band 19 (800MHz) : Support frequency band (used in some rural / mountainous area)
