We may also ship many places such as rental car counters or counters at seaports.
If you would like to pick it up at special locations of your choice, please contact them to confirm whether they are okay to receive your package.

AIRPORT

Sakura Mobile has pick-up available at Narita, Haneda, Kansai International Airport counters. You can get connected right after arrival. Please check Airport counters hours.

HOTELS

We ship to any hotels within Japan. You can receive and start using it when you check in.

POST OFFICE

We deliver to any local post office branches including ones near your accommodations. Central post offices are open for 24 hours. You may contact us for local branch locations.

RESIDENCE

We deliver to residential addresses such as AirBnB, Friend’s house, or similar vacation rental services. for these type of accommodations we request, residence name / in care of name / Room Number is requested for ensured delivery.

There is no counter at Narita Terminal 3. Please use Terminal 2 for pick up.
To transfer from T3 to T2, you can walk (630m) or take a shuttle bus. For details, please refer to Official website.
For returns, you may use T3 mailbox located around food court.

How To Pick Up at a Post Office

When you arrive at the post office, proceed to one of the counters (24h post office has a specific counter called YuYu window) and tell them that you are there to collect a package (post office pickup is called “Kyokudome” in Japanese).

Then show your passport for ID check. They will search for the package addressed to you from there.
