- Sign up procedures for convenience store payments (Smart pit card)

1. Shipment
We will ship your item and smart pit card next business day. The item package will arrive in 1~2 days. Upon shipment, we will send a shipping email.
2. Receive your item and make payment of initial fees.
Upon delivery, you will make a payment of initial fees by cash (deposit and activation fee). Amount due has been emailed when you sign up. Please check your email. Only Japanese Yen is accepted as cash. Only Japanese Yen is accepted as cash.
3. Monthly payments.
Your bill will be available on the 1st of each month. Due date is 10th, So please take the smart pit card to convenience store to make payment by 10th of every month.
Please also note: billing cycle is one month later. (e.g. Bill of July will be available on Sept 1st.)

- About your deposit and its refund
Since our billing cycle is end of next month, you will have 2 bills pending at the time of contract termination. Your deposit will be countered toward your last bills, and remainder will be returned to your bank account in Japan. (e.g. JPPost Bank, MUFG bank etc. Can be any bank within Japan, but it need to be under your name.)
