A real life saver!
As someone who moved to Japan and needed a Japanese phone number, Sakura Mobile was a life saver. The person who helped me spoke English well and took me through the process step by step and answered all my questions. He was patient and understanding. I was able to use an overseas Debit Card as well which really helped. I can't recommend them enough for others in a similar situation (at least the Shinjuku branch).

Top Notch Customer Service
Fantastic customer service, big thank you to both Ezri and Keigo for assisting with an issue related to my eSim. Despite communicating via email, responses were prompt, to the point and most importantly helped fix the issue in under a day. Coverage is absolutely fantastic throughout the country and is so simple and easy to use.
I recommend Sakura Mobile for anyone visiting or living in Japan.

Fantastic service
Everything from start to finish was simple and easy. The English language support was fantastic. Brandon at the Shinjuku office helped us set up our Japanese phone lines. Other team members helped us get our internet set up within days of our arrival to Tokyo. We are delighted that we chose Sakura Mobile for our phone and internet!
