Pick up your order at Narita, Haneda, Kansai, or Fukuoka International Airport. Check airport counter hours for operating times.
Hotel
We ship to any hotel in Japan, so you can receive it and start using it when check-in.
Our Office
You may stop by our Shinjuku Office or pick up your order at our partner counters in Fussa (Yokota) / Iwakuni / Sasebo.
Residence
We deliver to residential addresses, including friends’ homes. Residence name and room number are required.
